An UH OH couple of pics

I have a sly little fox living with me. Somehow he grabbed one of my eye shadows right from under my nose with out me realizing while I was doing my makeup. I came down stairs to find this... (I should have known by how quiet he was that something was up!)

What a nice Memorial Day weekend!

We didn't technically go anywhere. I really felt a strong urge to get up Saturday morning and road trip it up somewhere. That didn't happen. It was SO beautiful. Saturday, after my 3 hour long nap, James and I headed over for a little boat ride over at my aunt and uncles with a few of my cousins. It was nice, I think James liked being out in the boat. I didn't bring my camera so there is no pictures of that, but as you will see, I think I have made up for it with a crap load of other pictures.

Sunday, with the still strong urge to drive with the windows down and sing loudly to good music, Caleb, James, and I headed out on a mini road trip. To be quite honest with you I don't even know the name of the city we ended up in, but we found a really cute little park.

After the park, we headed to McDonald's to grab some dinner. We ate it a a nice little park on the river. I don't have any pics of that either. After that we went over to Caleb's brother Than's house for a bon fire. They had this little wagon James was obsessed with. **HINT HINT BIRTHDAY PRESENT*** LOL! He got to stay up late and eat smores. It was his first time eating them. Caleb made him one and handed it to him, he opened it up took the chocolate out of it and threw the rest in the fire. Kids and their chocolate!

They had a real jack ass of a neighbor. I am pretty funny aren't I? It seems there is donkeys everywhere in James' life.

Excited! Just a tad!

No one knows how excited I am for the movie Away We Go to come out! I am giddy like a little school girl. I have a slight crush on John Krasinski. I think more so now too, ever since I have been pregnant I have had very vivid sitcom dreams of working at "The Office." Goof, weirdo, I know. I just sat here at ate 6 freeze pop things (one of each kind) while you tubing him and watching old interviews. This just looks like a really good movie right up my alley!

Reason # 479,396 Why I Love Being a Mom

I just discovered, or actually really thought about this today. I love being a mom because you can be smiling so large just from watching and looking at your child and not even know you are smiling until your face starts to hurt.

Summer was here... for a second

The past two days have been well into the 90s so yesterday the boys got to play in the water. They had lots of fun!

They love playing together, the dog joins in to, happily smiling and posing for photos. If you notice the mud around both mouths. They were eating dirt to try to get our attention. Yummy!

This was supposed to be a cute picture of James pushing Rowan around in a miniature wheel barrel. Unfortunately, this is how the photo ended up...

Baby Numero Dos

I didn't really want to post much until I had my first doctor's visit. I went in on Monday morn. It went very good and everything is looking good so far! There is definitely a babe in there! I got a picture to prove it:
There is the babe and my yolk sac, that doesn't sound gross or anything. I had my ultrasound pretty early so that is why:
A. The baby looks like a blob. If you look hard enough though (his head is down, so he is upside down) I think it looks like a tiny person wearing a construction hat and boots. Maybe that is just me?
B. You can see the yolk sac. This normally disappears pretty early so you don't normally see it in U/S pics.

She took baby's heart beat twice, the first time it was 150 and the second time it was 143. James' was right around this too. Nice and healthy. Yipee!

Oh my due date is 1/1/10! Kinda cool. The nurse was saying they give away pretty nice prizes to babies born on this day. Count me in for fun and games! Even though I think all labor and deliveries should include some nice prizes! Yes, I know the baby is more than anything anyone could ever give me for a prize, but a random prize would be fun.

I have been feeling relatively OK. SUPER tired and a little nauseous, but if that's the worst of it I will take it! I was really sick with James for a few weeks straight. It was a nightmare. I haven't been an emotional wreck like last time either. I should be ending all these sentences with a NOT YET ANYWAYS. I am still not very far a long and these things could pop out tomorrow for all I know. If you are bored and up for some stories about my vomiting and crazy emotions from the last pregnancy click on the previous words. You know you want to read them.

And to save everyone else from vomiting while reading my blog, unlike last time, I will be holding off on belly pics for a long time. Trust me, you don't want to see it now!

As for names, I am stumped and will be for the entire pregnancy. If you ever hear any cute names please feel free to drop on by and comment with lots of names. I am going to need help!

Yes, it has been a while...Mr. McP!

Speaking of Mr. McP & Mrs. McP and JJ and Dean I just had to brag about the heavenly scent of these beauties...

This is how fresh and lush this great state of Minnesota is right now. Perfectly beautiful warm, but not too warm days, cool evenings. Ahhh breath taking. Oh. Sorry. Um. Don't get a sun burn! Minnesota misses you!

Yesterday James and I were bored with no money and a super nice day so we headed to the Franconia Sculpture Park. It was a lot more fun this year with James being a bit older. He actually had a lot of fun looking at all of the crazy creations.

He was a little timid about going into this one.

This was easily his favy. He just ran around and around it.

We would talk about the sculptures and it was really fun to ask him what he thought they looked like. The one above: I think you can imagine what he thought it looked like, as probably most people do. POOP!

He got really excited seeing these ones and ran towards them, he thought they looked like his favorite food french fries! God, I love this kid!My favorite pic of the day.

Fawn-Doe-Rosa

On Mother's day My Aunt Teresa and cousins Roxanne and Charlotte came up for lunch. Yummy! Thank you guys! We also headed up to the good ole Fawn-Doe-Rosa. It was so much fun! James was very brave! He had lots of fun feeding all the animals, until he got bit by the donkey. HA!! Ok, I shouldn't be laughing, but this donkey just bit his finger like it was a piece of food. His face was priceless. It wasn't a horribly bad bite, but made a good dent for a while!
