Ya think she is gonna like cars?

Either that or she will hate them. They have been forced in her sweet little girl face since birth.

It was funny, James gave her a car and she actually grabbed it and threw it. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but it was still funny. James looked a little shocked.

The sun makes her look like a platinum blonde. She's not.

We are starting the moving process, boy that is fun! I am excited to move, just not doing the labor of it. Ugh. My body is sore from all the packing I did yesterday. Looks like I gotta keep on keepin on today! Good thing Auntie JJ is coming tomorrow to help!! HA HA Erika! She planned her vacation to come here not knowing we would be totally moving while she is here! :)

What a bunch of goobers!

I was about to make James lunch yesterday when I asked him what he wanted. He said over and over he wanted pencils. Pencils? Yes! Pencils! After trying to figure it out for a while it finally came to me that he wanted pretzels. :)

I was reading him a story before nap about the ocean and it's creatures. It came to an octopus. I pointed to it and asked him what it was. A donkpus.

This one happened a while ago, but I still chuckle thinking about it. I was in the kitchen doing the dishes and Caleb and James were in the living room. I had just done some laundry so there was a laundry basket of clothes by them. I am just listening to their conversation when James says, "Oh cute shirt."
Caleb replies, "That's not a shirt, that's mommy's underwear." LOL!

Word magnets are fun.

So, we are moving! I have been starting to pack the little odds and ends, stuff we don't use everyday. The other day I cleaned off the refrigerator. I love these little word magnet things. I decided to take pics of some of the concoctions! Now, I can't take credit for all of these, Any really good ones, or deep ones are probably from Caleb. See the one that says Cold Sour Pickle? Yeah, that's me.

My baby loves his books...

Lately James has been saying he is afraid of the dark so I have been leaving a little light on in his room. He will lay there and read books until he falls asleep. This is how I found him the other night when I went in to shut the light off.

What a sweetie :)

Wii-tastic

In hopes of turning my blubbery postpartum body (yes, that's my excuse) into a rockin 6 pack (yeah right), we got a wii and a wii fit! Talk about fun. There is one of our family members that I didn't really think would benefit from having the wii. I was wrong...

In a matter of an hour or so, Caleb successfully taught our 2 1/2 year old child how to work the whole wii console. Yep, you heard me right. Maybe this isn't as surprising to others as it is to me :)

He has his own "mii" character. He can pick the game he wants to play, choose his mii, change games if he wants and so on. He loves to play "his games". We don't even have to be in the room. He is completely independent with the wii! LOL!

Ada's a big girl!

Yesterday I took Ada in for her 2 month check up! Can ya believe it folks? 2 months? She looks great! She is weighing in at a whopping 13 lbs (95th percentile) and is 23 1/2 inches (80th percentile).

She had to get some shots though :( This is how she felt about that...
Or maybe it was because James' foot was in her face :) LOL!

She slept pretty much all day because of these darn shots so look who is up right now :)

Ouch!

James fell head first off of the couch on to his train table. OUCH! His side is all banged up too.
