James had some fun with color sorting yesterday. I was kind of in a
teacherish mood, and felt a tad creative. So simple. I cut shapes out of various colored construction paper.

I took some paper plate holders I had and cut large circles of the same colors I previously used for the shapes. Then put them in the paper plate holders.

James had a fun time putting the right colors in the right spots. I think he had more fun putting them in the wrong spots and looking at me and shaking his head no. Goober.

A very creative idea! Izzy does the same thing if we are working on something like that. I know she knows the answer, but she would prefer to be silly.
What great idea! I will have to give that a try...
Wonderful idea! You should join us on Make Something Mondays! This would be a great post for that.
That's a great idea! Hope you don't mind if I borrow it with my daughter.

What a great idea! James seems so far ahead of The Little Monkey. He would just eat the paper! :(
